We opened Bépocah in March 2013 with the idea of providing a different option of Peruvian cuisine in Japan.
Our concept is simple: to all the Peruvian ingredients at our disposal, we add fresh, seasonal and high-quality local ingredients, to come up with a cuisine that is traditional and authentic, but at the same time, creative and current, always looking for new ingredients, new techniques and new challenges.
Tokyo is one of the most gastronomic and interesting cities in the world. Being able to represent Peruvian Cuisine with our restaurant is both an honor and privilege for all of us.
